We had a wonderful week with Michel on Belle-Isle. We worked hard on our French to try to become a little more fluent, but combined the learning with genuine conversation and exchange of ideas. Michel was very flexible in relation to subject matter and the pace of conversation. Hence the topics chosen were bespoke to our interests.
Michel is a generous host, including being a good cook. He also helped us discover the island of Belle-Isle both as a guide and providing us with suggestions.
We can thoroughly recommend an “immersion” with Michel, and would be delighted to make a return visit.
